1. RETURN POLICY
We accept returns ONLY in the following cases:
– Product received is damaged or defective
– Wrong product delivered

Returns are NOT accepted if:
– Customer changes mind after purchase
– Product used or worn
– Original packaging missing

2. HOW TO CLAIM RETURN
– Shoot an unboxing video when opening the parcel
– WhatsApp the video to us within 48 hours of delivery
– We will arrange a reverse pickup within 3 business days
– Full refund or replacement within 7 days of return pickup

3. EXCHANGE POLICY
– Exchange accepted within 7 days of delivery
– Product must be unused and in original packaging
– Customer pays reverse shipping charges for exchange

4. REFUND TIMELINE
– Refunds processed within 5–7 business days to
original payment method
